| IPMA | Die International Project Management Association (IPMA) ist eine in der Schweiz ansässige, internationale Organisation zur Förderung des Projektmanagements. IPMA hat unter der gleichnamigen Abkürzung (IPMA) eine Projektmanagementmethode entwickelt. Hierfür können Sie sich zertifizieren lassen. Die Kriterien dafür können von Land zu Land unterschiedlich sein, müssen aber seit 1999 der von der IPMA erstellten International Competence Baseline (ICB) entsprechen. Es beschreibt 20 technische Kompetenzen, 15 Verhaltenskompetenzen und 11 kontextuelle Kompetenzen. Es sind 4 Zertifizierungen möglich: Zertifizierte Personen können sich in ein Register eintragen lassen. |
