| ITIL | Die Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) ist eine Reihe detaillierter Praktiken für IT-Aktivitäten wie IT-Service-Management (ITSM) und IT-Asset-Management (ITAM), die sich auf die Ausrichtung von IT-Services an den Anforderungen des Unternehmens konzentrieren. ITIL beschreibt Prozesse, Verfahren, Aufgaben und Checklisten, die weder organisations- noch technologiespezifisch sind, aber von einer Organisation in Richtung Strategie, Wertschöpfung und Aufrechterhaltung eines Mindestmaßes an Kompetenz angewendet werden können. Es ermöglicht der Organisation, eine Basislinie festzulegen, von der aus sie planen, implementieren und messen kann. Es wird verwendet, um die Einhaltung zu demonstrieren und Verbesserungen zu messen. Für die ITIL-Compliance in einer Organisation steht keine formale unabhängige Compliance-Bewertung durch Dritte zur Verfügung. |
